The Big WUL Giveaway: Take 2

The Big WUL Giveaway has run into a problem; we didn’t realize that there was a possibility of running afoul with PA State gaming laws!  Since we are merely a small group and we don’t want anger the Commonwealth, we are changing things up a bit.

We sincerely apologize.

We apologize for the overall confusion with this.  We are still learning here!

So, with that being said, this is going to be a pure giveaway.  That’s it.  Here’s how we’re going to do it.
